Aprons
A defined area, on a land aerodrome, intended to accommodate aircraft for purposes of loading or unloading passengers, mail or cargo, fuelling, parking or maintenance.

7.2.13.1 Aprons shall be provided where necessary to permit the on- and offloading of passengers, cargo or mail as well as the servicing of aircraft without interfering with the aerodrome traffic.
